Bedlam Paintball Marshall

Part time – all venues, Average 20 hours, Applicants must be 16 years + (due to product licence)
Flexible hours including both midweek and weekends

Duties include:

  • Marshalling group of players
  • Ensuring the teams conduct is in line with expectations.                                       
  • Responsible for scoring the game.
  • Updating their team and the scoreboard with the score of their team.
  • Smooth running of the games.

Paintball games are available 7 days per week, morning, afternoon and evening (summer only), primarily the majority of work is at the weekend, although we do run midweek games, so a candidate available for both would be at an advantage. Marshalls ensure safe play as per Bedlam’s Health and Safety standards, co-ordinate games, assist players with tactics, maintain equipment and site facilities.

Marshalls would also be expected to help out at Bedlam’s on-site shop which supplies a variety of Paintball products, juice and chocolate and lunches. Previous experience with a high standard of customer service is preferred and the ability to handle a high volume of customers as they “refuel” between each game.

We are looking for people who are confident in handling large groups of people, can work in a team and are willing to work outdoors. Due to suburban locations and early starts applicants will need to be able to provide their own transportation to and from their paintball site for work.

Experience is not essential as full training is provided over a period of approximately three months

Salary is dependant on experience
